Flat rate shipping in Australia
We use EXPRESS POST to deliver your Kikoys quickly and efficiently to your nominated delivery address. Australia Post is our courier of choice.
FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100 Australia wide.
A flat rate of $8 applies for all orders under $100 in Australia.
INTERNATIONAL. We ship anywhere in the world that Australia Post delivers to (and that is most countries) at the Australia Post rate. Please contact us for a quick calculation of shipping costs.
Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST)
Product prices on display in the online shop include the Australian Government 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). International customers will not be charged GST. In the Shopping Cart, each product will display its base price (without GST) and for Australian customers the amount of GST will be shown separately. Where products are shipped to a destination outside Australia, the shopping cart will not include GST.
Secure Online Ordering
The easiest and most efficient way to order is via our online shopping cart. It is very easy to use, your personal details are treated securely and your privacy is respected.
Just select your preferred Payment Gateway on the Checkout page. VISA/Mastercard/PayPal eCheque or EFT/Cheque/MoneyOrder.
If using EFT deposit, please make sure your name accompanies your order. Cheque or Money Order is also accepted. (Please note EFT make take a couple of days to process and Cheques may take up to a week to clear before goods are shipped).
Privacy
Rockpool Kikoy holds your privacy in high regard. Any information we receive from you will be kept in the strictest confidence and will definitely not be shared or communicated with any external parties except for processing and completing your order.

Worldwide Delivery
Yes, we do! We are happy to send Kikoys overseas to your family and friends. Using Australia Post AirMail, the estimated time of delivery is within 2 weeks. This is a guide only. Shipping cost and estimated delivery time is provided online using our shopping cart.
Please note that some countries apply taxes and duties on parcels. The parcel recipient is responsible for any and all such charges that are not within our control

Conversion Currencies
We will bill your credit card in Australian dollars (AUD) and your card company will convert the charges for you
Pricing
All prices are inclusive of GST (General Services Tax) and are in Australian dollars. We reserve the right to change prices without notice
Returns Policy
Just send your products back in resaleable condition, unopened and unused within 14 days of the order date and we will be happy to provide you with an exchange or store credit. Postage not included. Returned items must be received by us in the same condition as you received them.
A copy of your original receipt must accompany the returned item with your contact details and we will endeavour to process this promptly for you.
An additional delivery cost will be charged for exchanged items.
Credit notes or refunds will only be given on the item value, delivery charges are not refundable.
If a shipment is returned to us due to customer refusal or the customer was unavailable to receive the shipment, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
Sale items are not refundable or exchangeable.
Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event your product is faulty, we will be happy to provide a refund, replacement, exchange or store credit at our discresion, including postage costs. Please contact us promptly within 7 days of receiving an order so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
Colour Representation Online
Product colours shown on the website are close to actual colours. Note that colours displayed on computer screens may vary when compared to the actual product. If concerned about specific colours please contact us.
